Karl, the Lady J's chef, prepared fastastic meals every day. These were some of the appetizers one evening: pieces of sparerib in an orange/onion glaze, and tiny spring rolls filled with seafood with three different dipping sauces. A few minutes later, we got some small pastries stuffed with raw salmon and topped with creme fresh.
